How an application moves

Every business we register in Kenya or Uganda passes through these stages. Search above to see which stage an application has reached.

  1. Name search & reservationWe are checking the proposed name and reserving it with the business registry.
  2. Documents receivedWe have the IDs, tax numbers and signed forms needed to file.
  3. Filed with the RegistrarThe application has been lodged with the business registry.
  4. Under review by the RegistrarThe Registrar is examining the application.
  5. RegisteredThe Registrar has approved the application and issued a registration number.
  6. Certificate readyThe certificate of registration and supporting documents are ready.
  7. Handed overThe documents have been delivered to the client.
